We are FULLY BOOKED for Residential Spring Clean-ups for the 2024 season.

Power Rake / Dethatching, Deep Core Aeration, Mow,

(We will take all grass clippings away, so you don't have to!)

$250.00 plus GST for an average size yard

2024 Weekly Maintenance Includes:

Average $55 per visit plus GST

Power Rake Only $170.00

Bi-Weekly Lawn Care, and 3 Times Per Month Cuts are also

(A small extra fee may be applied for: Excessive weeds or grass over 1 foot

height, weeding, dog refuse, yard cleanup).

Winter Snow Removal & Ice Management

Special Note:

Industry wide we have been hit with extreme liability insurance rate hikes for snow removal over the last few years. Although our company has never had a lability insurance claim we have had a 400% increase in insurance costs. Unfortunately we have no choice but to pass this along to the customer through higher prices. Whenever you have work performed by a company please ask to see their proof of liability insurance, Workers Compensation coverage, and that they are a registered business. It protects you as a customer, and helps keep an equal playing field among companies doing similar work.

We come every time it snows. By having a monthly

price you know what your invoice will be at the end

of the month! These are 5 month contracts (Nov 1- Mar 31)

L-shape driveways and anything larger requires an in person quote at no additional charge.

No Sidewalk: –$20
One time clearings / shovelings can be accommodated within 24 hours of snow fall.
Skid steer / Bobcat Services are also available for driveways, small parking lots, acreages, etc.
